I have decided I needed to make a Shift.
I have felt like I have been in a rut lately… Have you ever felt like that? I needed to get back on track, back in my groove. I needed to re-energize my workout and recommit to a healthy nutrition plan. I have been maintaining but have been on again off again with working out and following a healthy eating plan. And have been feeling fluffy!
Well, Hello Shift Shop! Just what I have needed, when I needed it. A new workout I can do at home, inside during these hot humid months. And a twist on the clean eating portion control plan I have been following.
Workouts are 25 minutes the first week, 35 minutes the second week and 45 the 3rd week. The modifications are wonderful, making it doable for 58 year old me! I haven’t needed all of them all the time but they are much appreciated! And did I say that I do not think I have ever sweated so much???? Well I have sweated buckets!
Chris Downing the trainer, is new to Beachbody and is energetic, enthusiastic, motivational, funny and sensitive to the fact that everyone is different but everyone can improve!

The meal plan is my regular portion control plan the first week. The second week the yellow carb containers are reduced in half. The third week those precious yellow containers are GONE!!!! Other foods are increased!
