Lift Yourself Up!
We all make resolutions with good intentions. When we falter is when we are quick to put ourselves down. But that is not your only choice!
You really have two choices. You can tear yourself down, or you can lift yourself up.
People who are not as hard on themselves, who are kinder to themselves choose to lift themselves up!
Instead of telling yourself you are a failure, tell yourself that you can do this. Remind yourself of what you have done well no matter how small it seems (you started the day with a healthy breakfast; you passed by the candy dish without taking any).
Then play a little funky music and come up with a plan for getting right back on track!
