Are YOU drinking enough water each day? I am starting a simple FREE Hydrate/Water Challenge on November 7th, where we will be monitoring our daily water intake with the goal of drinking half our body weight in ounces! As the weather cools down it can be even harder to drink enough water.

The goal of the 5 Day Water Challenge is not to just replace juice, soda, energy drinks, coffee, sweet teas and other sugary beverages with WATER but to HYDRATE our bodies so that they can function better! The benefits of drinking the proper amount of water are many! From better skin to getting rid of unwanted toxins and reducing stress!

It’s so exciting to see how making this simple change can bring such noticeable improvements, many of which you will experience very quickly!
