Country Heat! If you Can Move You Can DanceWe are so excited about Country Heat, Autumn Calabrese’s new fitness program that has just been released! It is a foot stomping, toe tapping,  heel kicking good time that works up a sweat to burn calories and melt the fat away! Each exercise routine is just 30 minutes long and is over in a flash leaving you to look forward to the next dance! I am definitely not a dancer, having two left feet and terrible coordination. But I was thrilled to find that I could actually follow Autumn. She demonstrates the steps prior to the actual workout so you can get the moves down! It is low impact and there is a modifier so it is a program for all abilities and ages! 

The food plan is the same clean eating portion control plan that we love and know from her 21 Day Fix Program! I couldn’t wait to see what recipes she included in the country heat eating plan! I opened up the book and my mouth watered! The first recipe I tried was Savory Turkey and Sweet Potato Hash! I adjusted the seasonings just a bit to satisfy our palates and the result was delicious! You can also find great recipe ideas for the 21 Day Fix on Pinterest to add even more variety to your meal plans. 

Below is a sample meal plan for Country Heat. It is based on the lowest calorie bracket so please adjust it to meet your caloric needs and likes. We did our best to calculate container counts but please feel free to adjust them as needed. We also included links to recipes for your use. We hope you enjoy the recipes provided and have fun kicking up your heels with Country Heat!!!

At age 56 I have developed a love of fitness after losing 46 pounds on the 21 Day Fix! I have always struggled with my weight! When menopause struck and things got totally out of control...
