Sometimes it is hard to get a menu together for the week. To make it easier I’m posting my weekly menu here!
This week I was at Trader Joe’s shopping. All of the meals can be made with ingredients from there! I love Trader Joe’s! The prices are good, they have great pre-chopped veggies, and you can find a lot of variety. Organic foods are plentiful and it is kid friendly (Finn loves to hunt for Shelby the turtle)! However don’t assume everything is healthy and clean just because it is at Trader Joe’s – make sure and read the labels!
While we do our best to count containers correctly sometimes we go a little over or under… We may add in a treat or two… We like all of you do our best to stick to the plan!
We choose a lot of convenience items for…convenience such as pre-cooked meats and pre-cooked frozen rice. It is usually more frugal to purchase fresh or dried but our lives are BUSY and convenience items help us stay on track! It is your choice.
The menu is for the lowest calorie bracket so don’t forget to adjust it so it fits your program!

I LOOOOOOOOOVE your meal prep menu. It is super EASY. NO stress and perfect for a mom of 3. Awesome mix of non cook options (sandwich and yogurts) to cookable items that dont require a million ingredients.
