Eat Healthy on a Budget! 

I often hear people say that eating clean, and healthy is too expensive.  However, eating healthy doesn’t have to cost a lot.  You can eat healthy on a budget!  You can follow the 21 Day Fix and other healthy eating plans without over spending on groceries.  If you don’t believe me, join our team’s next challenge group.  We’ll PROVE it!  My friend and founder of, Kim Danger, will be sharing her passion and tips on eating well for less. 

Starting January 25th, our team will help you find ways to provide your family not only with delicious, healthy meals that they will enjoy but also ones that are budget friendly.  We will also focus on painless ways to cut back your expenses.  Our group will feature:

  • Frugal menu planning resources from stores like ALDI and Trader Joe’s
  • Healthy, frugal recipes
  • Dozens of ways to save online
  • Use technology to make menu planning and shopping easier
  • Shop and cook efficiently by spotting inexpensive ingredients
  • Create healthy homemade versions of your favorite grocery items
  • Support and motivation to succeed in reaching your weight loss and fitness goals.
  • Accountability to help you stay on track!

REQUIREMENTS:  This group will be open to challengers with a fitness program such as the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology.  You will also need ME listed as your free coach.

Hi! This is Donna. I am a grandmother, mom, wife, and a teacher. I also love cookbooks, love to bake and really enjoy food! At age 56 I have developed a love of fitness after losing 46 pounds on the 21 Day Fix! I have always struggled with my weight! When menopause struck and things got totally out of control... My weight only went up not down. My muffin top turned into a bakery shelf. I desperately wanted to lose weight and improve my health. I wanted to be able to play and keep up with my beautiful grandchildren. Nothing I tried worked until I found the 21 Day Fix. Now instead of a tight size 16 I wear a comfortable 8 and even some 6's! At age 56 I am in the best shape of my life. My current goals are to improve my strength and to continue toning my body.
