Cannoli Fruit Dip

OMG! This is my newest favorite snack! If you know me you know that I do love sweets! When I began this health and fitness journey I decided that to be successful I needed to continue to enjoy myself. This includes yummy sweets and treats! This recipe fits the bill! It is rich, delicious, tastes like a cheat but fits in the 21 Day Fix Plan or other healthy eating program perfectly!
I love cannoli’s and who doesn’t? With their rich creamy, cheesy filling what is not to like? It is the calories in cannoli’s I can do without! However, now I can enjoy it for a snack or even lunch if I am feeling indulgent! So without further delay I introduce Cannoli Fruit Dip! It is easy to make, requires minimal ingredients and tastes like a decadent treat! Who doesn’t like a rich, creamy treat? It is also a fun way to include another protein (red container) into your menu.
Not only is this a great snack (you can eat the whole thing by yourself without guilt or worry) it can be a healthy finger food to bring to a party or gathering. Combine it with a pretty fruit tray and you will have a gorgeous display! Add miniature chocolate chips to this dip and you can’t go wrong! You can dip without worry!
This cannoli dip uses ricotta cheese, a bit of plain Greek yogurt, agave syrup and vanilla or almond extract (I love almond extract in this dip). And don’t forget those miniature chocolate chips! The whole recipe counts as 1 red container (protein) and 2-3 teaspoons. Remember to count for the chocolate chips if you mix them in!
Cannoli Dip is perfect for any gathering: a bridal or baby shower; a family celebration, BUNKO night, or even a football game! So mix, dip and enjoy!
This is a delicious decadent treat that fits into the 21 Day Fix plan perfectly! It tastes like the inside of a cannoli without the worry of straying from your healthy eating plan!

- 2 teaspoons agave syrup or honey (I prefer agave)
- 1 tablespoon mini chips, optional
- Mix all ingredients and chill in fridge for 2 or more hours.
- Serve with fresh fruit for dipping!
- If following the 21 Day Fix Program 1 recipe equals 1 red and 2 teaspoons.
