It is recommended to exercise 5 times per week for at least 30 mins to keep your heart healthy. Sometimes getting to the gym is impossible but that is what is GREAT about these programs. You don’t have to go anywhere, just pop in the DVD and go! You can work out first thing in the morning before you even get out of your pajamas (what Donna does) or late at night after the kids go to bed (what Danielle does). So no matter how you structure your life you can get your 30 mins in right in your living room.
