Low Back Pain, Eliminated!

The majority of people will have low back pain at some point in there life. I am right there with you. Sometimes it is debilitating and can keep you from performing your daily routine. And it can definitely interrupt your workouts and we can’t have that!
So, I am sharing with you the magic exercise I do to keep my back happy!
Just 2 times a day….
Just 2 sets…
Just 10 repetitions…
Prone Press Ups!!!
Okay I know that “prone press ups” doesn’t mean a thing to you. What it means is laying on the floor, belly down, performing a push up motion but keeping hips on the floor. Similar to the cobra in Yoga (I think that’s right at least but I’m not a Yogi so don’t yell at me if I’m wrong!).
So in the morning and then at night I lay on the floor and do 2 sets of 10 of these modified push up things and voila! I am well on my to preventing low back pain! 12 months and still counting without back pain!
